If you add a phone number to your account, we send a one-time verification code to it by SMS text message to confirm that the number belongs to you. These messages are delivered by our SMS provider, Twilio, which receives your phone number and the verification code for this purpose. We use your phone number to verify your account and to help keep it secure. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with our application, including:

• Device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Push notification tokens, if you allow notifications
• App usage statistics and analytics
• Log data (IP address, access times, app features used)
• Performance data and crash reports
• Search queries and preferences

2.4 Location Data

• Precise location data (GPS coordinates) when you enable location services
• Approximate location based on IP address

2.5 AI-Generated Images

Some images in FCLive, such as artwork for events, venues, and artists, are created with artificial intelligence. These images are generated by OpenAI image models, which we access through Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service. To create an image, we send the service a text description and may include reference images, such as event, venue, or artist photos and sponsor logos. We also use Azure OpenAI language models to help turn event details submitted to us into event listings. AI-generated images are illustrations and may not accurately depict real people, places, or events.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving our services
• Personalizing your experience and showing relevant events, artists, and venues
• Displaying location-based content and recommendations
• Communicating with you about updates, features, and support
• Analyzing usage patterns to enhance app functionality
• Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical issues and security concerns
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms of service

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
